Sprinklr, the unified Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform for modern enterprises, announced it has been recognized as a "Leader" in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Marketing Platforms, 2021. This marks the second consecutive year that Sprinklr has received the "Leader" designation.
Sprinklr, which counts Microsoft Corp and telecom operator Verizon Communication Inc as customers, has confidentially filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering, the software company said on Monday.
