Collibra raised $250M in Series G funding, at a post-money valuation of $5.25B. The new valuation is more than double what the Brussels-based company announced last year when it secured $112.5M in a Series F investment that put its valuation at $2.3B. That followed a $100M investment in 2019 at a valuation of just over $1B.
Collibra, the Data Intelligence company, today announced the appointment of Tifenn Dano Kwan as chief marketing officer (CMO), reporting to Collibra's CEO and co-founder, Felix Van de Maele. She joins Collibra from Dropbox, where she served as CMO.
Collibra is acquiring software vendor OwlDQ to integrate data quality tools into its enterprise data governance platform.
