Armis’ news and media highlights

Armis, the asset intelligence cybersecurity company, announced today that it has surpassed $200m in annual recurring revenue (ARR), doubling its ARR in less than 18 months and making it one of just a few companies that have achieved this rapid scale, not just in the cybersecurity market, but of any SaaS company worldwide.
Armis has acquired Silk Security for a total of $150M, and will integrate the Silk Platform into the Armis Centrix™ AI based Vulnerability Prioritization and Remediation solution to supercharge its capabilities and now be able to provide security teams with a consolidated view of security findings that encompass all sources of data from on prem devices to cloud compute, code, and application security tools, and fully manage and automate remediation.
In a private deal which closed this week, Armis has acquired all of CTCI technology and employees, expecting to merge the company with Armis over the next 30 days. Armis will integrate CTCI’s technology into Armis Centrix™ to create the most advanced early warning cyber intelligence system in the world, helping security operations teams be more effective in preventing breaches, detecting attacks and determining if an organization has been compromised.
Armis, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based unified asset visibility and security platform provider, raised $300m in funding and increased its valuation to $3.4 billion. One Equity Partners, in conjunction with existing investors, made the investment and will also be joining the board of directors to lead acquisitions initiatives alongside existing investors Insight Partners, Brookfield Asset Management, Georgian, RedDot, and CapitalG, Alphabet’s independent growth fund.
