TripActions, a travel and expense management platform, is in negotiations to raise funding at a $9 billion valuation, Bloomberg reported this week. The company last raised $275 million in a Series F round led by Greenoaks Capital in October, according to Crunchbase.
TripActions, a Palo Alto, CA-based all-in-one travel, corporate card, and expense management solution, is to acquire Comtravo, a Berlin, Germany-based travel management company serving the German, Austrian, and Swiss DACH  and Scandinavian regions
TripActions closed a $155 million Series E investment earlier this year at a valuation of nearly $5 billion. With the latest round, the company has raised a total of $1.3 billion since its 2015 inception — about $780 million of which was secured during the pandemic.
