Zapp has partnered with fellow rapid grocery delivery service Deliveroo, allowing customers across central London to shop Zapp’s catalogue directly via Deliveroo’s app.
Ride-hailing company Uber Technologies announced Wednesday (Nov. 23) that it is partnering with the British 20-minute convenience delivery app Zapp to offer the latter’s products on the Uber Eats marketplace in Central London.
British delivery app Zapp has raised a $200 million funding round to fuel expansion outside its footholds in London and Amsterdam. The London-based startup has now raised over $300 million from investors betting its focus on corner shop, or bodega, staples, will put it ahead of a pack of startups seeking to deliver groceries in ten minutes across Europe.
