Ripple Foods was founded in 2014 by Adam Lowry and Neil Renninger. The company has not publicly endorsed plans to participate in an IPO. However, in 2020 the company expanded its leadership team to include David Cooper, an experienced CFO who has taken six companies public to date.

Ripple Foods offers plant-based alternatives to dairy products. The company uses pea protein to create milk, half & half, protein shakes, and more. Ripple claims that their milk has half the sugar of dairy milk, and 50% more calcium. The company has raised more than $250 million in venture capital funding from investors including Rage Capital, Ajax Strategies, S2G Ventures, GV, Euclidean, and Tao Capital Partners. The company did not disclose valuation figures following a $60 million fundraise in 2021.

These comments should not be interpreted to mean that the company is formally pursuing or foregoing an IPO.
