Ridecell is a vehicle fleet management platform that offers automation tools to meet the needs of multiple industries. Headquartered in San Francisco, the company maintains additional offices in Spain, France, Germany, and India. In 2017, Ridecell acquired Auro Robotics, a self-driving shuttle service. The company has raised more than $130 million in venture capital funding from investors including Fort Ross Ventures, Solasta Ventures, Activate Capital, DENSO, LG Technology Ventures, and Initialized Capital. Ridecell did not disclose valuation figures following a $45 million Series C funding round in 2020.
