Reltio was founded in 2011 by Manish Sood. In 2021, CEO Chris Hylen told reporters that if the company should achieve revenue growth and a profitability margin of at least 40%, "we'll have plenty of options, including an IPO."

Reltio is a cloud-native master data management platform, allowing customers to consolidate complex data from multiple sources. Reltio counts various members of the Fortune 100 among its customers, including Pfizer, L'Oréal, Xerox, CarMax, Takeda, and AstraZeneca. The company has raised more than $230 million in venture capital funding from investors such as Brighton Park Capital, Crosslink Capital, NewView Capital, RPS Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, and .406 Ventures. After raising $120 million in fresh funding in 2021, Reltio announced that it had achieved a valuation of $1.7 billion.

These comments should not be interpreted to mean that the company is formally pursuing or foregoing an IPO.
