Since 2015 Patreon has acquired Clear Talent, Memberful, Kit, and Subbable. The company has raised more than $400 million in funding from investors including Mirza Canada, Maximize Capital, Lone Pine Capital, and New Enterprise Associates. Patreon has a post-money valuation of $4.3 billion.
