The company has raised approximately $415 million in Venture Capital funding from investors including BlackRock, DAG Ventures, Premji Invest, DFJ Growth, Inphi, Paxion Capital, Redline Capital Management, WRV Capital, August Capital, Capricorn Investment Group, Greylock Partners, New Enterprise Associates, and Qualcomm Ventures. Per company press releases, Innovium last raised $170 million in July 2020 at a post-money valuation over $1 billion.
