Since 2015, Demandbase has acquired five B2B marketing companies, including InsideView, DemandMatrix, and Engagio. The company has raised more than $150 million in venture capital funding from investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Sageview Capital, Split Rock Partners, Adobe Systems, and Sigma Partners. Demandbase has not released information about a post-money valuation.
