VideoAmp is an advertising measurement platform. Advertisers can use the service to target ads on mobile, TV, and other platforms. The company intends to offer an alternative to Nielsen ratings. VideoAmp has raised more than $500 million in venture capital funding from investors including The Spruce House Partnership, D1 Capital Partners, Tiger Global, EPIQ Capital Group, and Ankona Capital Partners. The company announced a $1.4 billion valuation following a $275 million round of Series F funding in 2021.
