thredUP operates an online consignment and thrift store that has incorporated partnerships with retailers in what the company is dubbing “Resale-As-A-Service.” The company has raised over $330 million in Venture Capital funding from investors including Goldman Sachs, Upfront Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, Redpoint Ventures, FUEL Capital, and Trinity Ventures. Per company press releases, thredUP last raised $175 million in August 2019 a post-money valuation of $670 million.
