HashiCorp is a provider of open-source tools and products that enable developers, operators and security professionals to provision, secure, run and connect cloud-computing infrastructure. The company has raised approximately $350 million in Venture Capital funding from investors including Franklin Templeton, Geodesic Capital, T. Rowe Price, Bessemer Venture Partners, IVP, TCV, Redpoint Ventures, GGV Capital, Mayfield Fund, True Ventures, and Haystack. Per company press releases, HashiCorp last raised $175 million in March 2020 at a post-money valuation of $5.1 billion.
