CleanCapital Announces the Completion of Alaska's Largest Solar Project

CleanCapital has completed an 8.5 MW solar project in Houston, Alaska, the state's largest solar project to date. The project was developed and constructed by Renewable IPP and financed by CleanCapital, who will also serve as the long-term owner and operator of the site. The project will help diversify Alaska's energy generation, which currently relies heavily on Cook Inlet natural gas. The Matanuska Electric Association will purchase power from the project for its members.
