Nomi and ClearPoint partner on health captive solutions
Direct healthcare company Nomi Health and employer benefits provider ClearPoint Health have partnered to provide a solution for small to mid-sized US employers to manage their health insurance costs. The firms will support employers turning to self-funded models and aim to cut unnecessary complexity in the healthcare system. The partnership product will be launched across four regions, encapsulating over 15 states, in 2024 with further expansion planned for early 2025.
Nomi Health Acquiring Arizona Clinic
Nomi Health, a US healthcare program and payments company, is acquiring I Am Wellness, a Phoenix-based clinic. This acquisition aims to expand patient access to substance use disorder treatments and reduce care costs. The I Am Wellness clinic provides several services including primary care, mental health services, and medication-assisted treatment for people with opioid use disorder. This acquisition is part of Nomi's mission to rebuild the US healthcare system to operate at half the cost.
Nomi Health's Baltimore Clinic Moves to New Location
Nomi Health is relocating its clinic in partnership with the Baltimore City Health Department. The healthcare center will continue to provide Mpox (monkeypox) vaccinations as well as Antigen, PCR and Rapid PCR Covid testing at the new location. The clinic will be open for appointments and walk-in patients from February 28, 2023.
