Climavision brings first Kentucky radar online

Climate tech firm Climavision has brought its first weather radar online in its home state of Kentucky. The radar, located in Jamestown, will provide coverage for Lake Cumberland and the I-75 corridor. The company is working to install a network of weather radars to fill gaps in low-level coverage between existing NEXRAD sites. This comes after a recent contract with NOAA to allow the National Weather Service access to its data.
