In 2022, the company acquired Prendea, a Peruvian company that offers live, virtual afterschool classes. ClassDojo has raised more than $190 million in venture capital funding from investors such as Tencent, Adams Street Partners, Uncork Capital, and General Catalyst. A Series D funding round in 2022 resulted in a $1.25 billion valuation.
