Forge is now listed on the NYSE

Today, Forge is celebrating a milestone. Our public listing on the New York Stock Exchange. It's an exciting day for all those dedicated people who helped us get here. And it's a moment we envisioned when we set out to create an accessible, liquid and transparent private market for all. This step is an important part of our journey.

This step is a signal that the private market is evolving into that market that we originally envisioned. The future private market was one in which anyone from private company shareholders to company founders and executives, individual accredited and institutional investors could easily participate in trading private companies shares, or companies could easily run and manage liquidity programs for employees and where private market data informed more intelligent decision making where money could easily move in and out of private assets.

Liquid, transparent, accessible. That was the future with Forge. That future has already started. We've built the marketplace, created the infrastructure, forged the partnerships. We’re at the center of a private marketing ecosystem that will continue to grow and scale. We're excited today about continuing our journey so more people can access private market value creation and participate with us. Thank you for being a part of this journey and welcome to the private market future!

Investing in private company securities is not suitable for all investors. An investment in private company securities is highly speculative, involving a high degree of risk, and investors should be prepared to withstand a total loss of your investment. Private company securities are also highly illiquid and there is no guarantee that a market will develop for such securities. Each investment also carries its own specific risks and investors should conduct their own, independent due diligence regarding the investment, including obtaining additional information about the company, opinions, financial projections and legal or investment advice. Accordingly, investing in private company securities is appropriate only for those investors who can tolerate a high degree of risk and do not require a liquid investment. Past performance Is not indicative of future results.
